The Learning Links Foundation (LLF) seeks partner organizations that share our goal
of engaging students in collaborative learning projects that enhance the development
of 21st century skills. By focusing attention on educating children with ICT there
is great potential to effect widespread change.

LLF directly impacts students and teachers worldwide. The Foundation works closely
with Ministry of Human Resource Development, Ministry of Information & Technology,
State Governments across 12 States, 35 Universities across the country, 10 State
Councils of Education Research & Training, (SCERTs), Prominent Private Schools,
Apex Bodies like NCERT, NUEPA, NCTE, NAAC, NIOS etc., multilaterals and partners
like UNESCO, WEF, AIF and other NGOs to drive implementation of various programs
in India.
