Ten years ago when I walked into the LLF office breathless and clutching my purse little had I known what an exciting journey I would be embarking on. When I look back, I understand that it is not just the challenges of work and a growing foundation that kept me going but how each step I took ahead became another step of personal growth for me.

When Dr. Anjlee Prakash had interviewed me to assist her, she had told me then and many more times since that' to grow you have to enjoy what you do, actually love your work'. I have recalled that line a million times. Over the years, I have learnt to love my work and cherish the positive working environment of my workplace which gives me the space and ownership to achieve organizational goals.

Today I am much more confident and relaxed person because I know I have evolved both professionally and personally. I learn from my mistakes and I owe a lot to my key mentors - Dr. Anjlee Prakash, Mr. Mansoor Raza and Ms. Nuriya Ansari.

My happiest memories are the National Meets held every year where all team members from several locations meet each other and get to know about the work happening in other parts of the country. I really enjoy during meets as I get to see the people I often interact with through Emails & Phones.
