Privacy Policy Statement

At Learning Links Foundation, we value the privacy and security of our staff. This application is designed exclusively for internal use by LLF staff to manage timesheets, assessments, helpdesk requests, school visits, and service tracking. The app may collect limited personal and professional information (such as user ID, login credentials, and work-related data) to facilitate secure access and accurate reporting. All data is stored securely and used strictly for operational and reporting purposes within the organization. We do not share, sell, or use any user information for marketing or external purposes. The app complies with applicable data protection regulations and Google Play policies.

Location Data Collection and Use (Impact360 Mobile App)

The Impact360mobile application is an internal tool designed exclusively for use by Learning Links Foundation (LLF) staff. It is not intended for use by the general public. The app collects and processes device location datasolely to support the Timesheet moduleand related internal organizational operations.

  1. Types of Location Data Collected To ensure the accuracy of professional work-related reporting and field activity verification, the app collects both approximateand preciselocation information from the staff member's mobile device.
  2. Collection Scenarios (Foreground and Background) To maintain the integrity of LLF’s internal attendance and project records, location data is collected in the following ways:
    • Foreground: When a staff member is actively using the app to perform actions such as "Check-in," "Check-out," or manual timesheet entries.
    • Background:The app may also collect location data when it is closed or not in use to ensure continuous and accurate tracking of an active work session. This allows for the seamless recording of field activities and service delivery without requiring the staff member to keep the app open on their screen throughout their work duration.
  3. Purpose and Use of Data Location data is used strictly for LLF internal operational purposes. This includes:
    • Verifying the location of staff during designated work hours.
    • Ensuring the auditability and transparency of field-based service delivery.
    • Maintaining accurate project management and reporting records for internal and stakeholder review.
  4. Data Sharing and Third Parties We do not sellstaff location data. We do not utilize third-party SDKs that independently collect or access location data. All data is stored securely on LLF-managed infrastructure and is used strictly for the organizational purposes described herein.
  5. Staff Permissions and Control Access to location data is governed by the permissions granted by the staff member through their mobile device settings. While staff may choose to grant or revoke these permissions at any time, please note that disabling location access (specifically "Allow all the time" for background tracking) will prevent the Timesheet module from functioning as intended and may impact the accuracy of work records.
  6. Data Security
    All collected location data is transmitted using secure protocols (HTTPS) and is protected by administrative and technical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, consistent with LLF’s internal data security standards.
